John Jantsch from Duct Tape Marketing wrote a great blog about how you can turn your raving customers into marketers for your business – beyond giving glowing reviews to other potential customers or becoming referrals. In this blog post, Jantsch tells of a time when he asked a customer who was very excited to meet him in person for the first time to actually introduce him at an upcoming event.
